If you are eligible, they will give you a form to fill up some important information. Like – your name, father’s name, residential address, agriculture field area, bank account number, and ration card number. While the form fills up, you need to keep one thing in your mind: fill all the blank places carefully.

Along with that, you need to attach a xerox copy of the ration card, Aadhaar card, bank account passbook, etc.
